Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for noncommercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number N00164-00-Q-0346 applies and is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19 and DCN 20000831. The standard industrial code is 3679 and the business size standard is 500 employees. In accordance with FAR Part 19, the small business set aside has been dissolved. This requirement is as follows: CLIN 0001 24 Each Polarized Radomes, M/A Com, Inc. P/N 3446-5005. Provide pricing for the 24 each with no primer, mid-coat and top-coat. Also provide pricing for primer and mid-coat only. This requirement is issued on a sole source basis to M/A COM, Inc., Rt. 110 Haverhill Road, Amesbury, MA. All specifications, drawings and technical information is proprietary to M/A Com. Delivery is required F.O.B. Destination within 120 days after award. Partial shipments are requested. Final inspection will be at NSWC Crane. A Firm-Fixed Price purchase order will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures.
