- Description
- This is a synopsis of a requirement for ship repair. This is a request for quotation (RFQ) number DTCG80-01-Q-3FA029. This RFQ will incorporate provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-19. The standard industrial classification code is 3731 and the size standard is 1000 employees. The requirement is for the following: Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, parts, and services to clean ventilation IAW specifications. Place of Performance: Cape May, NJ. Performance period October 23 through November 03, 2000. Specifications to be provided on request, a ship-check is advised. A non-refundable charge of $50.00 required in the form of a certified check or money order payable to the U. S. Coast Guard for requested drawings. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. Work will commence and be funded in the next fiscal year, 2001, accordingly, FAR clause 52.232-18, entitled, _Availability of Funds_ will be included in the solicitation. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offer: Price, Required Delivery Date. The proposed contract listed here will be awarded as part of the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
