USPHS-Tuba City Indian Medical Center, Tuba City, Arizona has a requirement for (1) Complete Telemedicine System, consisting of : Nonemydriatic digital retinal camera with field changer 30 & 45 degree video relay lens, Sony DXC-9503 chip video camera, mosiac software, stereo capable, compaq celeron 400Mhz computer system, 17" SVGA menu monitor, 4Mb video adaptor, SVGA-imaging board, 6.4 Gb hard drive w/64 Mb Ram, 24X internal CD Rom, internal 10 mega zip drive, for archiving, Topcon telemedicine software pack, two (2) operators or service manuals for equipment. (2) Canon Table, Wheelchair access.
