Description

Pine Bluff Arsenal intends to award a Purchase Order on a Sole Source basis in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, to Global Atmospherics, Inc., 2705 East Medina, Tucson, AZ 85706 to purchase a Thunderstorm Sensor System, model TSS440 Standalone Automated Detection; site relative direction & range 150 nautical mile radius coverage; audible alarm; local electrostatic field sensing and reporting; color graphics display & storage replay capability. This acquisition shall be conducted under FAR Part 12 and 13 using Simplified Acquisition Proceedures and is subject to FAR Clause 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. Responses other than the above source may identify their capabilities to provide the requirement by submitting a proposal in writing . Proposals shall include a complete address, point of contact, phone, fax and business size. Responses shall be received by 2:00 pm on 27 Sep 2000 at the e-mail address provided or fax (870)540-3730.
