Description

Bechtel Nevada is the Department of Energy Maintenance & Operations (M&O) contractor for the Nevada Test Site. There are currently several hundred individual purchase orders in place for recurring support, such as software licenses, equipment maintenance agreements, etc. We are gathering information concerning available commercial software that can be used to track these purchase orders to ensure timely notification is sent to our customer notifying them of renewal actions that must be taken to continue their service. Our intent is to place this on our company Intranet site for ease of access. Another alternative we're looking at is to out-source the software licensing and equipment maintenance tracking. We're interested in learning if this type of service is commercially available.
