Description

The VA Medical Center,4100 West Third Street, Dayton, OH 45428 intends to negotiate a sole source contract with Joint Commission Resources to provide an on-site educational program including a mock JCAHO survey to VISN 10 staff. In accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2)(ii)(A)(B), the Government is negotiating directly with Joint Commission Resources for this service. This award will be made using simplified acquisition procedures. No solicitation will be made available. This notice of intent is not a request for quotations. The anticipated award date is September 29, 2000. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed purcase based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
