- Surgical Detergent, for use on instruments. Bacteriostatic enzymatic cleaner, 5 gallon container, neutral ph, free rinsing, hard or soft water. Removes all blood and protein from surgical instruments. One ounce endozime per gallon of water. For ultrasonics, wash serlizers and simple soak. Ruhof AW Plus or equal.
