Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Dee Edgeworth to develop, enhance, update, revise, teach and demonstrate the Basic Asset Forfeiture Curriculum, the Asset Forfeiture Financial Investigations Curriculum and the Asset Forfeiture Investigator's Toolkit, on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition procurement. Responses will not be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the descretion of the Government.*****
