Description

TRANSIENT AIRCRAFT SERVICES AT OFFUTT AFB NE. To provide labor and supervision to perform all operations necessary for Transient Aircraft Services at Offutt AFB, Nebraska. Services to include transient aircraft management services, arrival, processing, departure, emergency, and special event services. This is a competitive best-value acquisition in which offerors experience in library operation will receive more consideration than price. The proposed solicitation is for a 100% set-aside for small business under SIC 4581. The Small Business size standard is $5.0 M. This solicitation includes four one-year option periods that will be included in the evaluation for award. Issue date is on 30 Oct 00. The solicitation will be issued on the world-wide WEB and can be found at the following web site: http://www.eps.gov/ (EPS FOR VENDORS). PAPER COPIES OF THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE.
