Description

The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures for FAR Part 13. The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency requires an upgraded processing system for the Klein 595 side scan sonar system on board the OSV Peter W. Anderson. International Industries Incorporated, the Mid-Atlantic Klein Associates Inc. dealership, will be required to deliver and install this required hardware/software package.
