- Description
- The contractor should be able to provide the following: 1. Experience in Pre-employment applicant screening to determine suitability for public safety (police) positions which may involve critical decisions being made under stressful and/or exigent conditions. 2. Ability to provide critical incident debriefings directly after (within reason) an incident has occurred (24 hour on call) involving Defense Protective Service Officers and staff, and/or others as directed. 3. Can provide follow-on counseling as needed. 4. Provide both immediate verbal findings and written findings and recommendations within 5 work days after the incident or event. 5. Provide testimony as to the finding should adverse action(s) result in agency litiation.
