Description
USAID intends to award up to three indefinite quantity contracts to access experts in training design, implementation, monitoring and assessment, and access to related services supporting performance improvement of host country nationals in their professional or work setting. The resultant contracts will have a term of five years with a cumulative maximum ordering limitation of $250,000,000 among the three awards. A minimum participation of small and small disadvantaged business of 20 percent of the cumulative administrative budget totals of all task orders awarded thereunder is required. The Request for Proposals will be issued o/a 15 days from the date of this publication. Closing date will be o/a 45 days from the issuance date of the RFP. The preferred method of distribution of USAID procurement information is via the Internet or by request of a solicitation on a 3.5" floppy disk (Word format). This CBD notice can be viewed and downloaded using the Agency Web Site. The RFP, once issued, can be downloaded from the Agency Web Site. The Worldwide Web address is http://www.info.usaid.gov. Select Business and Procurement Opportunities from the home page, then "USAID Procurements". On the following screen, select "Download Available USAID Solicitations". Receipt of this RFP through INTERNET must be confirmed by written notification to the contact person noted above. It is the responsibility of the recipient of this solicitation document to ensure that it has been received from INTERNET in its entirety and USAID bears no responsibility for data errors resulting from transmission or conversion processes. No hard copies of the solicitation will be available. If floppy disks are required, the bidder must send a written request along with 2 floppy disks and self-addressed diskette mailers to the contact person noted above.*
