Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is Sole Source (Note 22 APPLIES) This is Unrestricted. FOB DESTINATION, INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE IS DESTINATION. The delivery schedule is 30 days ARO. The issue date will be 11/24/00. The closing date will be 12/26/00. The solicitation will be in writing. "A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at httpL//progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
