Description

The Minneapolis VAMC intends to award contract(s) for a Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) in the Olmsted County area of MN to provide Primary Care Services on an outpatient basis for approximately 60-70 patient visits per day. The CBOC will be responsible for managing the veterans' primary medical care. Referrals for sub-specialty care and hospitalization will be made to the VAMC located in Minneapolis, MN. It is expected the lease will be awarded on or about January 1, 2001 with occupancy on or about February 1, 2001 for a one-year period with two renewal options. Offers are being solicited for approximately 3000 occupiable square feet of office space that is suitable for the delivery of Primary Medical Care. Parking to accommodate approximately 60-70 patient visits and 7 employees per day is also required. Responsible sources capable of meeting the Government's requirement may respond by furnishing in writing, information, which substantiates the offeror's ability to provide the required services. All responses must be received within 12 days of the publication of this notice. This information will be used to determine if competitive opportunities exist. Since no solicitation document exists, requests for such documents without accompanying information will be considered non-responsive to this request without further consideration. This notice may represent the Government's only official notice of this procurement.
