Description

This project consists of two (2) Phases in accordance with FAR Part 36.3, Two-Phased Design Build. The Solicitation is for design and construction of a Deployment Processing Facility (4780 square meters) and Munitions Processing Facility (1800 square meters) based on requirements to be provided in the Request for Proposal. Buildings will be approximately 400 meters apart with connecting road and utilidor system. This procurement will consist of Two (2) Phases. Phase I: A detailed statement of work will be provided as a basis for step one proposals. Phase II: The most highly qualified offerors, not to exceed three (3) each, shall be selected to participate in Phase II. Those offerors selected to submit proposals for Phase II will receive the complete RFP document.
