Description

The St. Louis Housing Authority (SLHA) is seeking proposals from qualified professionals to provide technical services to conduct a complete financial review and development of a financial strategic plan for the SLHA. Solicitation documents will be available for pick up in the SLHA's Procurement Section, 4100 Lindell Blvd., St. Louis MO 63108 starting at 1:00 p.m. Friday, November 10, 2000. A Pre-Proposal conference is scheduled for Tuesday, November 21, 2000 at 10:00 a.m. The SLHA will receive sealed proposals for this service until 3:00 p.m., December 19, 2000. All Offerors must comply with Section 3 requirements. Offerors not in the local area may call 314-286-4234 during normal business hours, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (local time) for instructions on obtaining the solicitation documents.
