Program C393-S: Single award term contract for the period of April 1, 2001 to March 31, 2002. 8-1/2 x 11", Self-covered publication pamphlet, "FDA Directives". Anticipating approximately 40 orders per year (up to 3 orders could be placed in a month), for about 240 to 3,000 copies per order. Average quantity is 2,367 copies per order with 4 to 300 pages per order. Most orders are for 24 to 32 pages. Operations include making reproducibles, printing, maintaining a mailing list database on electronic media, binding, packing, mailing and distribution. Quality level IV. Copy picks up in Rockville, Maryland. F.o.b. destination for bulk deliveries and f.o.b. contractor's city for mailing. Bid opening is anticipated for the month of March 2001.
