The following correction is hereby made: The following sentence is hereby removed: Firms must demonstrate knowledge of Commonwealth of VA regulations on solid waste, hazardous waste, hazardous water,and sanitary sewer. The following sentence hereby replaces the removed sentence: Firms must demonstrate knowledge of Commonwealth of Virginia regulations on solid waste, hazardous waste, hazardous materials, USTs (underground storage tanks), ASTs (aboveground storage tanks), air quality, potable water, storm-water and sanitary sewer. Response due date changed from November 17, 2000 to November 20, 2000.
