Description

The Contractor is required to provide services as follows, but not limited to: (1) Completion of interface elements of Incident Time System (ITS) relational to I-Suite; (2) Development of the supply bar-coding system; (3) Interface of the supply bar-coding system into I-Suite; (4) Development and implementation of online help screens; (5) Enhancements to ITS and the related merge system as identified; (6) Resolution of bugs in ITS and the related merge system as identified; (7) Submission of weekly cost summary reports including, as a minimum, the week period, development hours and cost, project management hours and cost, and any other associated costs. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations. This proposed procurement action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with a single source under authority FAR 13.106-1. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. All contacts received within fifteen (15) days after date of publication of this notice will be considered. Information received will be considered at the sole discretion of the Government with regard to Government determination's not to complete this procurement. All work is to be completed by July 30, 2001. "See Numbered Note 22."
