- The Office of Acquisition and Materiel Management National Acquisition Center is seeking additional sources under the federal Supply Schedule 65 II A, for vendors that can supply safety needles and syringes with any/all of the following safety features: Protective Sheild Retractability Blunt Tips Contracts awarded are for use by all Federal Executive agencies.
