Description

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Region 2, has a requirement for an experienced contractor to furnish all necessary labor, materials, supplies, permits and equipment necessary to trench approximately 11,100 feet at the Balcones National Wildlife Refuge, located on the New Salem tract, 24518 FM 1431, Marble Falls, Texas. The project is to contain and prevent the spread of oak wilt. Work includes, but not limited to, trenching a minimum of four inche to a maximum of eight inch wide and minimum of forty two inches to forty eight inches deep; excavated materials shall be used to backfill trench and mounted over the trench to allow for settling of material. The estimated price range for this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. This acquisition is issued under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program and is open to both large and small business under NAIC Code 234990 (SIC Code 1629).
