Description

The Government intends to award on a sole-source basis, a firm fixed price modification to Contract DAAB07-96-C-A510 for the enhancement of the Tri-band Network Management Interface (TNMI) planning capability for the Tri-band Super High Frequency Terminal (T3(H)), to include software modifications and enhancements, technical documentation and training, which will be fielded with the T3. The final TNMI phase as implemented will build upon software programming accomplished during Phase 1 and will include testing, preparation of technical documentation, training and distribution of the final TNMI Planning Tool. Only one responsible offeror exists, Raytheon Corporation. The Government intends to contract with Raytheon, the T3(H) system contractor to acquire the TNMI capability. This synopsis is for information purposes only and is not to be considered as a Request For Proposal. Solicitation documents are not available. Respondees are advised that no award will be made on the basis of offers/proposal or other information received in reponse to this notice. See Note 22.
