Switch, Liquid Level; Item 0001, 5930-00-570-9888. Approved source: Gems Sensors, Inc. (04034) P/N 12925. Set-Aside Type: Unrestricted other than full and open competition, part numbered item. Products Offered Clause applies. No adequate drawings available. The alternate offer is required to provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. Various increments solicited: 01-09, 10-30, 31-49, 50-80, quantity of 25 ea to be delivered within 85 days after date of order to various Department of Defense using activities; balance to be delivered at a rate of 25 each every 30 days thereafter. All responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered. SEE Note 26. Copies of solicitation may be obtained from DSCC web-site http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on 12/05/00. The proposed procurement contains an option to extend the contract period one or more times at the discretion of the government. The toal shall not exceed 3 pyears. Indefinite Type Contract anticipated (1 yr basic (365 days), 2 yr option (730 days).
