- Description
- The Fleet Industrial Supply Center Norfolk Detachment Washington, DC intends to award a Sole Source contract to Applied Coherent Technology, 112 Eldon Street, Suite K Herndon VA 20170, in support of the U S Naval Observatory. A Sole Source Justification has been Prepared and approved. SIC 8731 with a corresponding size standard of 500 employees. The proposed contract is for service which government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302-1.
