Description

The previous notice for this procurement posted on 31 October 2000 is hereby amended to add the following: The solicitation will be issued for the base year and four (4) one (1) year options. Evaluation of price will be on all five years total. Evaluation of all years will not obligate the Government to exercise the option periods. Liquidated damages are incorporated. The revised issue date of the solicitation is 11/29/00. The revised due date for proposals is 12/29/00. Offerors are cautioned to ensure that the initial proposal contain the offeror's best terms from a technical and cost or price standpoint as the Government intends to evaluate proposals and award a contract without discussions with offerors. Evaluation factors include Methods and Procedures, Past Performance and Experience, and Price. All other information published in the notice posted 10/31/00 remains the same.
