The closing date annotated is an estimate and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the date in Block 10. Deliveries are FOB destination to Texarkana, TX. Required delivery with First Article Testing (FAT) is 80 each 225 days after contract award (DACA), and 80 each the following month. First Article Test Report (FATR) is due 168 DACA. Required delivery without FAT is 80 each 180 DACA, and 80 each the following month.
