Description

The U.S. Secret Service (USSS) intends to negotiate and award on a sole source basis in accordance with FAR6.302-1 with Blue Mountain Systems, Inc., 45850 Cabin Branch Road, Sterling, Virginia 20164 for six months, with an option for an additional six months for Sygnetron software support. Blue Mountain Systems, Inc. is the sole proprietary producer for the manufacturing and maintenance of the Sygnetron software system. this notice is not a request for competitive proposals. No formal solicitation package is available. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in responding to this notice. Award is anticipated within thirty days. See Notes 1, 22 and 26. Note 22 is modified to read 5 days in lieu of 45 days.
