Description

The work includes providing all labor and materials to prevent leaks to the Storage/Workshop Facilities on the lower level by cleaning away appoximately 16,880 square feet of existing urethane and aggregate coating for surface preparation, followed by the routing and sealing of all cracks in the Hangar floor slab, with a urethane coating to be applied last, and incidental and related work as specified in the specification, complete and ready for use. Completion time will be 90 calendar days. Construction range is between $100,000 -- $500,000. IFB will be available on or about 7 December 2000. Plans and specifications can only be obtained via internet website www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. Funds are presently not available for this project.
