The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an Other Than Full and Open Competition basis, 2 each -- DCRSI 240 Airborne Data Recorder 28VDC Power Supply System, Ampex P/N 1305146-030 from Ampex, 500 Broadway, Redwood City, CA 94063. The Sole Source is based on proprietary rights. Responsible firm's believing they can provide the above material, should submit a written response to the Contracting Officer within 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing their ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
