- Submission No. 477587 is amended as follows: The anticipated solicitation, DAAB07-00-R-C751, for an Other Transaction (OT) to obtain Army Joint Tactical Radio Sets (JTRS) will not be released. Draft terms and conditions published on the public section of the PM-TRCS web site are withdrawn, and Industry comment thereon is no longer apposite. Notice of the replacement solicitation for a FAR contract will be given in the near future.
