Description

Supply and deliver to Wilson Lake Project, Sylan Grove Kansas the building materials and complete licensed professional engineer approved plans and specifications (including size and dimensions of building components, material types and finishes, hardware, details and methods of assembling construction, joints and connections, details and layouts of mechanical and electrical systems, foundation design based on user supplied information) for a preengineered shower/restroom building such as the Romtec, Inc., Sierra II Stretch 5 Pak -- 3 Restrooms and 2 Showers, or equal. The building shall be designed to meet these minimum loads -- a roof snow load of 20 psf, roof dead load of 15 psf, roof live load of 20 psf, wind load of 90 mph (exposure "C", ASCE 7-95), and Seismic Zone 2A. The building shall have three handicap accessible, unisex restroom units; one handicap accessible, unisex shower unit; one regular, unisex shower unit, and a mechanical room. The building dimension are 12'8" x 25"4'. The building shall be delivered to Wilson Lake, Kansas (near Russell, Kansas). The factory supplied items under this contract shall include the licensed professional engineered approved plans (within 2 weeks of award of contract), dry stack interlocking split face concrete block exterior f'm in-1500 psi concrete, wall vents, doors, door frames, door handles and hinges, wood truss roof with plywood sheathing and metal roof, louvered vents with steel frames for windows, handicap grab bars, mirrors, toilets, lavatories, shower hardware, shower bench, ceiling insulation, light fixtures, electrical panel, water heater, photocell, water hydrant, gas furnace, and drinking fountain. All building materials and components shall be delivered within 60 days of award.
