Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Navy, Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR SYSCOM) proposes to award a Sole Source modification to GSA Order GS-35F-4525G/N00039-00-F-3119, Troy Systems, Inc. This modification is to extend the current order for two months from 1 December 2000 to 31 January 2001. The total effort is for reconciliation of problem disbursements, canceling year fund analysis, training, problem disbursement transmittal package preparation, registration of contract correction packages, and preparation and maintenance of status reports. SPAWAR SYSCOM intends on issuing a competitive CPFF RFP to 8(a) firms for the follow-on effort to support the problem disbursement reconciliation and training requirement. The proposed follow-on will be a five-year effort, eight month base and four option years to start performance 1 February 2001. Sole Source authority FAR Subpart 6.302-1 will satisfy the agency requirements. **********************************
