Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Puget Sound (FISCPS) has a requirement for rental of propane tanks and propane delivery to Naval Air Station Whidbey Island. Contract will be for a base year and two one year option periods. Period of performance to begin 01 February 2001. The solicitation will be issued on or about 05 January 2001 with a 15 day closing. When issued the RFP will be posted on the Navy Electronic Commerce online (NECO) web link www.neco.navy.mil. All offerors wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFP from the NECO website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFP. Award will be made using Best Value practices. All responsible sources may submit an offer/bid which shall be considered by FISC Puget Sound.
