Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice, and using the Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is SP4700-01-Q-2009. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-14. This solicitation is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 541511, $18M. The Contractor shall provide upgrade and support for: Internet Scanner 200 Device Licenses for quantity of 14; and ISS T3 (Internet Scanner/RealSecure Travel License) for quantity of 1 year. The period of performance will be from Date of Award through 1 year for various DLA sites. All interested parties may submit proposals to the POC reflected above. "No telephonic responses will be accepted". The provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial, applies to this acquisition. Offerors will include a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offerors Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. Clause FAR 52.212-4,Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
