Description

This work includes general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary removal of existing structures, asbestos removal, and construction shown on the drawings and provided for by the specifications. Contractor to provide all the necessary equipment, labor, materials, tools, and qualified supervision to complete the Renovation of 4 West at the VA Medical and Regional Office Center, located in Wilmington, Delaware. Construction range is $1,000,000 to $2,000,000. NAICS Code is 233320. Interested parties are to send written requests to the Contracting Officer along with a $100 refundable deposit (deposit to be returned when specifications and drawings are returned to the VA -- Within ten days of bid opening). Bid packages will be available after January 5, 2001. A pre-bid meeting is scheduled for January 17, 2001, 10:00 am at the Wilmington VA, 1601 Kirkwood Highway, Building #1, Room 7012. The bid opening will be held on February 5, 2001 at 2:00 pm in Room 8067.
