- Description
- Services are required to perform an assessment of fiber optic gun barrel sensors. The software and equipment to be used for this assessment is proprietary. Therefore, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Techno-Sciences, Inc., Lanham, Maryland. This contract action is based on the authority of 10 USC 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies and services will satisfy agency requirements . This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. See Note 22.
