PROJECT TITLE AND LOCATION: Indefinite Delivery Order (IDIQ) Contract for Environmental Services for US Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District, California. This proposed procurement is 100% set-aside for small business. NAICS Code: This procurement will be conducted under NAICS code: 541620. The size standard for this NAICS code is $5 Million. The acquisition method is negotiated procurement. A technical and price proposal will be required. This IDIQ contract will be for professional services to perform environmental resource planning for water resource development projects primarily in compliance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco District. The contract term shall be for a one-year period commencing on the date of contract award with options for two additional years. Cumulative total for all task orders will not exceed $1,000,000 for the Base Year, $1,000,000 for Option Year One, and $1,000,000 for Option Year Two. The contractor is not obligated to honor any order in excess of $500,000 for a single item, or any order for a combination of items in excess of $500,000.
