Description

The Department of Treasury, Office of the Chief Information Office, intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to the Corporate Executive Board, Washington, D.C. for a one-year membership. The membership of this organization consists of senior information technology executives from leading corporations worldwide. The Council search for business solution confronting senior IT principals. Membership services include: (1) Principal research initiatives. Each initiative results in time-saving resources including best practice case studies, executive summaries, staff workshop and CEO-level presentations. (2) Opportunities to educate an unlimited number of direct reports and staff members on leading-edge IT business practices (3) Access to objective research for business solutions on key strategic and management challenges confronting senior IT officials. (4) Principal-only executive retreats (5) Unlimited attendance to staff briefing (6) Access to Council's support desk with research staff available to research Treasury-specific request. (7) Create forums for exchange among peers (8) Participation in industry roundtables periodically hosted by the Council. All responsible sources who can provide the above membership services shall submit written quotations within 10 days from the date this notice appears in the CBD. Organizations submitting quotes should address the cost of membership fee and a description of the services/materials the fee includes; services (and related costs) that are available but not limited to membership fee; listing of reference materials maintained by the organization (research or completed studies); available educational services; description of corporate history, mission, and organizational membership. Quotes should include resume of the proposed on-site contract/research manager and at least three (3) corporate references, Federal TAX ID Number and Duns Number if available. Evaluation and award will be based on the quality and quantity membership. No written solicitation will be issued for this requirement; therefore, such requests will be considered nonresponsive.
