Description

I1253010043 -- Sealed Bid -- Chamizal National Memorial Park located in El Paso, Texas requires janitorial services for the administrative building, visitor center including the theater and museum, and the maintenance facility. The service is to include labor, supplies and materials. Types of janitorial services include but may not be limited ot: sweeping and moppoing, floor stripping and finishing, cleaning of toilet facilities, dusting, glass cleaning, trash removal and policing, as well as other miscellaneous cleaning. The anticipated contract will be for one base year and four option years for a maximum five year contract.
