Description

The U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center has a sole-source requirement to procure ten (10) each Pentair/Fairbanks Morse Centrifugal Pump Units, Stock Number 4320-01-112-0008, OEM P/N K4D1024423, 30 GPM, 30' head, 1200 RPM, 2 HP electric motor: 220/440 VAC, 6.5 amp, fully enclosed dripproof. The Government DOES NOT possess any other technical information; this information is proprietary to the OEM. The Government intends to solicit ONLY the OEM and/or their authorized distributors. Industry was given the opportunity to submit information regarding their capabilities to provide an alternate Pump, however, no information was received. Interested parties may request a copy of the Request For Quotation by faxing their request to (410) 762-6056, attention Kelly Carney. Interested parties are advised that ONLY THE PENTAIR/FAIRBANKS MORSE PART NUMBER BEING REQUESTED SHALL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS ACQUISITION. Delivery shall be 90 days after the date of award and shall be F.O.B. Destination to the U.S. Coast Guard Engineering Logistics Center, 2401 Hawkins Point Road, Baltimore, MD 21226-5000. See Numbered Notes 12, 22, and 26. Attention: Minority, Women-Owned and Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBE's)! The Department of Transportation (DOT), Short Term Lending Program (STLP) offers working capital financing in the form of lines of credit to finance accounts receivable for transportation related contracts.
