Description

Single award term contract for period of February 1, 20001 through January 31, 2002, for the Department of the Interior. Production area assumed to be located within a 80 mile radius of Riverside, CA. Brochures, books, pamphlets, forms, and maps. Approximately 12 orders per year. Brochures, forms, and maps -- Approximately 25 to 10,000 copies per order, with an average of 2,000 copies for printing, and 400 copies for copying. Books and Pamphlets -- Approximately 20 to 1,000 copies per order. Books and Pamplhets -- Approximately 20 to 1,000 copies per order, with an average of 225 copies per order. Brochures, forms and maps print face only and/or face and back. Books and pamhplets are from 4 to 1,500 pages per order, with an average of 92 pages. Format "A" is up to and including 8-1/2 x 11". Format "B" is over 8-1/2 x 11" up to and including 11 x 17". Operations include copy pickup, films, printing, copying (including color copying), trimming, packing, labeling and marking, and distribution. One to three workday production schedule. Product Quality Level IV attributes. Requirements for bidding are available by request via email or mail on your firms letterhead.
