Desc. Cushman Haulster, p/n 898704, 28hp gas, 4-wheel, Manual, 1900 lb capacity rated; OR EQUAL. Qty: 2 each. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The following clauses are applicable to subject solicitation: Far 52.212-1 (Instruction to offerors), 52.212-2 (Evaluation-Commercial Items), 52.212-3 (Offeror representations and certifications -- commercial items), 52.212-4 (contract terms and conditions -- commercial items) and 52.212-5 (contract terms and conditions requied to implement statutes or executive orders -- commercial items). In accordance with clause 52.212-2, the evaluation factors shall be: price and price related factors. Oral procedures will be used for this solicitation. The anticipated award date will be Jan 18, 2001.
