- Description
- Pine Bluff Arsenal has a requirement for 1,076,322 yards of applicator pad material, nonwoven fabric for the M295 Decontaminating Kit in accordance with drawing 5-77-3208. See numbered Note 8. While price will be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award will be based on a combination of delivery, price, and other factors as described in the solicitation.
