Description

The Nuclear Cities Initiative in the Department of Energy's Office of Nonproliferation and National Security intends to issue a sole-source contract to the Analytical Center for Nonproliferation, to study nonproliferation and arms control issues in Sarov, Russia. The proposed effort involves providing Quarterly Information Bulletins, internet analysis and creation of an Internet page. The Fixed Price contract period of performance will be a thirty-six month base period, with two twelve month option periods. It is anticipated that a total of 180,000 Direct Productive Labor Hours will be utilized over the 60 month period. There will be no formal Request for Proposal issued for this action.
