Description

This synopsis includes, as an attachment, a revised "Partnership Opportunity Document for the Magnetic Field Gradient Satellite (GRADSAT)." The revisions to the POD are in red and also summarized below. The revisions are as follows: 1. addition of requirements to Section 6.2, Instructions for Response: a. a requirement to discuss a concept design, and b. a requirement to propose a performance incentive plan; 2. addition of selection criterion to Section 7.1, Selection Criteria: a. to evaluate the performance incentive plan proposed; and 3. addition of Appendix D, Performance Specification Document. Note that the specifications included in this Appendix D replicate the specifications already provided to interested parties via the URL below and included in the previous synopsis on this partnership opportunity: http://www.iau.dtu.dk/csc/proposal/gradsat The due dates for the notice of intent to make presentations and for the delivery presentation packages are not changed by this revision.
