Description

This is a proposed three-year base contract with two one-year options. Service to commence on or about May 1, 2001. The contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies, repair parts, tools, instruments and equipment for the completion of all work and services specified herein. The location of this project is the B. H. Whipple Federal Building, One Federal Drive, Ft. Snelling, Minnesota. The proposed contract is being procured on an unrestricted basis and is open to all business concerns. Solicitation issue date is on or about January 19, 2001. Proposals will be due February 21, 2001, at 4:00 p.m. Central Standard Time, and should identify the project title, solicitation number, and proposal closing date on the outside of the envelope. Proposals will be opened privately at the General Services Administration, Property Management Contracts Branch, JCK Federal Building, 230 S. Dearborn Street, Chicago, Illinois, 60604.The small business size standard for this project is $11.5 million and the North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) is 235950.
