- Description
- Provide all labor, Equipment, Materials, and Facilities necessary to Pick-up, deliver and store beneficiary items for the period 2/01/01 through 1/01/02 with two (2) one year options. Prosthetic Items will be purchased from the contractor as authorized for issuance and delivery to the VA Medical Center beneficiaries. Contractor must follow and comply with JCAHO guidelines. Companies may request packages in writing or FAX (215) 823-5174. Upon request packages will be mailed out ASAP.
