Description

The Bureau of Land Management anticipates making a non-competitive award in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a) (2) (ii) (A), to Bighorn Information Systems, 1503 S. Coast Drive, Ste. 317, Costa Mesa, California. The total price is $84,040.00. The Contractor will provide Idaho and Utah BLM Site Licenses for WildCAD, 56 Map Objects 2.0 Licenses, Joint System Administrator Training, 10 on-site training sessions and Web based reporting enhancement. WildCAD software is unique in that it provides a method for pre-identifying initial attack wildland fire responses to areas within our protection area and was written specifically for wildland fire. The primary purpose is to provide a low cost, easy method for tracking fire-fighting resources, identify those resources which should respond to an incident, and maintain an incident database. This system is compatible with our current GIS software which allows the two systems to interact and share information. See Note(s) 1*****
