Description

The Office of Naval Research and the Naval Air Warfare Center will conduct a series of meetings to obtain contractor capability information related to the development and construction of a UHF radar testbed on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. The meetings will occur between January 10 and January 12, 2001 and will be held at the West Kauai Technology Center, Kaumualii Highway, Waimea, Kauai. The discussions will be unclassified and will consist of briefings from the Navy and MIT Lincoln Laboratory to contractors describing testbed concepts on January 10th. Individual meetings between the Navy and contractors to help the Navy learn about contractor capabilities will be held on January 11th and 12th.
