Description

DESC: The Government intends to solicit and award a Firm Fixed Price contract for (4) Electronic Modules, NSN: 5963-01-407-1277 IAW Drawing NO.: A3187968. There is a 100% Option. Delivery shall be FOB Destination within 140 days after award to New Cumberland, PA. A CD-ROM drawing is available upon written request to the contracting officer /contract specialist at fax (732) 532-2739 or via their E-Mail address. The request for quote (RFQ) will be available electronically via the Business Opportunity Page (BOP). This is a small business set-aside and all responsible small business sources may participate and be considered by the agency. The U.S. Army Communications and Electronics Command (CECOM) has established the BOP website to allow electronic transmittal of Requests For Proposals (RFPS) and Invitation For Bids (IFBs) from CECOM to industry. All parties interested in doing business with CECOM are invited to access, operate, send and receive information from the BOP at (http://abop.monmouth.army.mil). Upon accessing this web-page, click on CECOM Business Opportunities. You may access potential business opportunities by simply typing "guest" for the log -on ID and password. Registration for a user-ID and password will only be necessary when you are considering the submission of proposals to CECOM through the BOP. Offers and bids shall be submitted in hard copy at the time and place specified in the solicitation. Quotations shall be submitted directly to the contract specialist. Forcasted due date for bids will be 13 FEB 01, however this is subject to change. The RFQ will contain the specific due date.
